7. Payments & Fees

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false information or deceptive listings

• Harassing buyers or other sellers

• Attempting to bypass PGC or take buyers off the platform

• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or product visibility

9. Account Suspension & Termination

PGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these rules

• Receive repeated complaints or poor feedback

• Engage in fraud, scams, or any harmful activity

10. Legal Compliance

• Sellers must comply with all relevant laws, taxes, and regulations.

• You are responsible for ensuring your business practices meet local and international standards.
